I am urging my real estate clients to make one change to their marketing for the remainder of this year. 

This one change will position them, (and you) as the go-to expert in your community and it will position you to receive organic leads for years to come.  (Organic leads > than paid leads)

Now, this doesn't mean to throw your marketing plan away, I am simply suggesting that my clients add to, or alter their plans to include this one key strategy that I am confident will generate new business.

Best of all, this strategy doesn't really cost anything extra, except for your time.
