University of Texas San Antonio didn't have to look far to find a national expert to fill their new role as VP of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. Dr. Chiquita Collins, nationally recognized for her work in health disparities driven by underlying social and economic inequities, was already serving a part-time role at the school.
