Cauliflower Philosophy
The mission of our podcast about martial arts mindsets is to explore and discuss the mental aspects of training in martial arts. We aim to inspire and educate our listeners on how to cultivate a warrior's mentality and apply it to their everyday lives. We believe that martial arts training goes beyond physical conditioning, and that a strong mindset is essential to achieving success both inside and outside the dojo. Through interviews with experts in martial arts and mental training, as well as personal stories and insights, we hope to provide our audience with practical tools and strategies for developing a powerful martial arts mindset. Our goal is to empower our listeners to overcome challenges, develop resilience, and reach their full potential in all areas of their lives.

Guys this was a great one again, we talked about bjj ( ofcourse ), how to build a following what a man should be and a lot of great topics and ideias.
one of the major ideias that came to mind after listening to it was.
What constitutes success?
Is it the admiration of many ? building a following ? is it the following of haters ? is it having the spotlight placed upon you?
I think my latest guest constitutes success without having it to be a necessary part of the definition of whom he is.
"That's a lot of big words for somebody that looks like he eats bananas with the skin on as you do Julio"
I know ! what I'm saying by this is that Azzi, this truly majestic example of the male specimen, has success as a result of him being who he is and doing what i believe everyman was put on earth to do. To follow your passion, to work hard ( very hard ) , to create space for others to thrive in ( community), and to inspire.
I had an awesome talk with him as we chopped it up and the hours just flew by easily and honestly i cant wait to have another one.
Hope you Guys enjoy !
