Cauliflower Philosophy
The mission of our podcast about martial arts mindsets is to explore and discuss the mental aspects of training in martial arts. We aim to inspire and educate our listeners on how to cultivate a warrior's mentality and apply it to their everyday lives. We believe that martial arts training goes beyond physical conditioning, and that a strong mindset is essential to achieving success both inside and outside the dojo. Through interviews with experts in martial arts and mental training, as well as personal stories and insights, we hope to provide our audience with practical tools and strategies for developing a powerful martial arts mindset. Our goal is to empower our listeners to overcome challenges, develop resilience, and reach their full potential in all areas of their lives.

We traversed the Netherlands for this one. From Amsterdam all the way to Breda where I had the opportunity to chop it up with Harun.
Harun is an exceptional human being and amazing coach that I personally enjoyed speaking to a lot!
We arrived at the gym to participate in a training with none other then Reinier de Ridder. The gym which is above a Monkey Town so the first temptation of the day had to be fought of right at arrival.
As we enter we are greeted by a gorilla statue. This set the mood for what was awaiting us inside. The training was awesome and the vibe was amazing and that’s something that added to my interest in the coaches of Combat Brothers!
After the training we had a talk and man there was so much interesting about this man that I immediately planned a podcast session with him.
I tried to ask the questions that would put into to words that specific vibe you get from an awesome gym and it was a sound succes! Hope you guys enjoy!
