Speaker 1:

Let's do this. Welcome everybody to another episode of the game of traffic show. I'm your host, mike Sandsu. To my co-host.

Speaker 2:

Simply amazed. How am I doing today?

Speaker 1:

Everybody get off. Mr Amazing. On today's game of traffic show, we're gonna talk about another streaming app raising their prices. Mr Amazing, what do you think about that?

Speaker 2:

Not surprised.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I've been saying the same thing too. We're also gonna talk about a video game adaptation sorry adaptation making a big hit in the movie theaters, but the game today show talk with the biggest news in gaming this year so far GTA 6. Yo, it's announced and the trailer supposed to come out December. Mr Amazing, what do you think about this?

Speaker 2:

Yeah, man, the timing is unbelievable because we all know Rockstar is celebrating their 25th anniversary next month, so I think it's gonna line up with that. So for the timing to be next month makes sense we don't know what day, which is December, do I'm thinking? What's up?

Speaker 1:

December 6th what day is that?

Speaker 2:

December 6th. What is December 6th? I think that's uh. I think that's uh Tuesday, I think.

Speaker 1:

I think December 6th.

Speaker 2:

I think it's a Tuesday, why December 6th though?

Speaker 1:

GTA 6 and it's the day before the game the game awards.

Speaker 2:

It is the day before the game award? I don't think so because, if anything, I think they might make an appearance at the game awards to showcase it.

Speaker 1:

Yo. But Rockstar does do their own thing though Rockstar does own thing and GTA, grand Theft Auto is bigger than the game would show. The game awards show alright is bigger.

Speaker 2:

I mean, I can see that where that happens. I can see where that happens. But I think they want the moment to be about them, because I don't want it to be like are we thinking and the game award takes over and then no, game awards are not gonna take over.

Speaker 1:

They still we buzz, they still we talk about the game awards.

Speaker 2:

I think if they do it either, you do it a couple of days before leading to the game awards, so maybe people could say, oh, maybe they might show us more another. I wanna like show two choices in one thing. That's not gonna possible. I don't think it is.

Speaker 1:

I understand, I understand, I'm just taking the guess, but where do you think is gonna happen? That's all I'm asking you.

Speaker 2:

I'm just excited about the news and I hope we get to let the tread us not to know, Listen. But that ain't actually exciting about the news.

Speaker 1:

I said when do you think was the prediction, Mr Mason? When it's gonna happen. Yeah, Definitely.

Speaker 2:

I think it's after the game awards. I think it happened within a week from the game awards, so that same week, within that week period.

Speaker 1:

After After game yeah, all right, mr.

Speaker 2:

Mason, I think they, I think they want to ride that wave on their own, not to be shared with the one the biggest game on this game got robbed. I think it's gonna be about Grand Theft, I think. And on top of that you're coming off of that high and then boom, they reach with this trailer. So I think it's afterwards.

Speaker 1:

All right, I still think Grand Theft, all those bigger than Grand Theft 6, sorry is bigger than the game awards.

Speaker 2:

I don't know, I don't know about that one. Because, the game award just weren't all the game it's, you know. You see, the top gamers are I'm not too many the top games getting out. It's a big thing. It's the cooler, oscar, I call it Okay Mr.

Speaker 1:

Mason, grand Theft Auto 5 was released in what? September 17. September 17, 2013 on the PS3 and Xbox. Yes, this thing is still going hard, mr Mason, going so hard. It was released on a PlayStation 4 and an Xbox One 8, 414 on 2015. I'm correct? Yes, I'm correct. Still going hard, mr Mason, it is.

Speaker 2:

It is. I don't think nothing works.

Speaker 1:

It released again on PlayStation 5 and the Xbox Series X on March 14, 2022. So over 190 million copies, over 20 DLCs in this span.

Speaker 2:

Unbelievable.

Speaker 1:

I mean, this is bigger bigger, bigger and better than the game awards.

Speaker 2:

I can't say that I think it's a bad ass game for sure. Like I mean, it ran its course for 10 years and people love that game. People replayed it, dlcs came out for it, you name it, they did it, and the fact that they were able to go 10 years in between a game says how dominant it was, because it's still relevant. But, that said, I still put the game awards on top of it.

Speaker 1:

And we're not counting the previous games for their legacy.

Speaker 2:

Oh yeah, that's a whole show. That's another topic, san.

Speaker 1:

Andreas is probably the most popular before Grand Theft Auto 5.

Speaker 2:

I would say San Andreas and also Grand Theft Auto 3.

Speaker 1:

3?.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I'll say between those two. 4 was good too, but between 3 and San Andreas, I think those are the 2-5. It was prior to 5 dropping.

Speaker 1:

All right, mr Maison, I mean this. You know what you think. This is going to be about what you read, what you heard.

Speaker 2:

I mean, it's been tight. Let me ask what you meant.

Speaker 1:

They had a massive leak. A massive leak, I think. The Verge reported it and the Bloomberg reported it. According to a massive leak, early gay play videos reported that Grand Theft Auto 6 was set in Vice City, but in modern age, and it'll have yeah. What do you mean? So now? You say Now, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, so now, so it'll have a female and male protagonistism. That's pretty cool what I'm saying. Protagonistism no, no, no.

Speaker 2:

Protagonist Characters. You're just about to write a character.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, I'm not Ms Pena, sorry people, I'm West Indian. But it was a body and cry spy story.

Speaker 2:

Okay, that's pretty cool.

Speaker 1:

And, according to sources, the names be Jason and Lucy.

Speaker 2:

Okay, I mean it sounds interesting. I mean we'll see, We'll see. My thing is, Mike, because I did not see you put in the Grand Theft Auto 5. Are you going to buy this one?

Speaker 1:

I think that the world for I play because it's been 10 years.

Speaker 2:

I'm 10 years I'm playing when I'm playing.

Speaker 1:

I play like a three, I beat it, I beat it, I beat it. Well, I didn't play that one. I'm going to be honest with you. It's over 10 years, okay. Every time I come up with a brand new one. We have been and we beat it again, why not? I mean, yeah, I missed the basin, but are you? I mean, I know you say you hyped about it.

Speaker 2:

Yes, sir. So I mean we'll see. We'll see, man, we mean we got. We got less than a month to go until December, so we'll see what it's about. And the fact that we're getting some music is exciting and hopefully. My next question to you is when do you think it's going to drop?

Speaker 1:

And they told you, I mean, I mean the trail, when the drop Not the trail.

Speaker 2:

Oh, sorry, sorry, um, look at this guy, he look at this guy.

Speaker 1:

Yo, yo, you don't say I'm hyped, I'm hyped, I'm hyped, but um, I don't know, I don't know.

Speaker 2:

I mean to me it could, it could drop the trailer, so probably Spring spring, that's about right window, cuz I remember a Walpaw rocks store had a thing when you're dropping games in may. I remember you have email April because I'm gonna drop LA Noir made another, you know, drop me. So I'm gonna say, may also spring springs a good one, may 21st. Oh, I wonder why.

Speaker 1:

Go may 21st my birthday, first baby.

Speaker 2:

Well, yeah, I think spring is the right window.

Speaker 1:

Yeah, so Hi, mr Mason, does you want to say about this?

Speaker 2:

No, no, but let's, we'll see what have a whole topic on it when it does drop breaking out that trailer for y'all.

Speaker 1:

All right, cool, mr Mason. Our next topic. We're gonna talk about Apple TV Raising their price in the streaming system.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, not surprised at all. They all doing it right then we just saw I think we just saw about Netflix the other day we literally were they were, mr Mason, is now for.

Speaker 1:

The monthly is now going from 699 to 999 per month, mr Mason. So the annual price which you could paint the year, which I recommend everybody really to do it, the annual price for a year was 6999.

Speaker 2:

Now is 99, 99, which is a hundred bucks pretty much, you know With you know I'm not surprised, but I am a little bit upset because what is the second price right raise in a year? That's. It means unprecedented. Be honest with you. You go so that's 699 to 999 price range. Right, that's the new feet. Let me 99 right today. A year, literally a year ago, or give or take, it was 499 to 699, so within a year you had to price hike, which I think it's kind of it's it's unfair. So this one, in effect immediately for new customers and for existing customers, is gonna go into effect within 30 days. But how do you justify two price hikes and within a year? I Don't see that like you just raised it here. Then Netflix did that. The Netflix do that? I don't remember.

Speaker 1:

I think they do two price hikes within a year. Well then, I'm ashamed of too.

Speaker 2:

I think that's robbery. And if you're gonna do two price hikes, at least do it for maybe a top tier one and then and then keep the the mids at the same price for at least a little longer than a year. That's just insane. Or give me justification. Of course I get justification. What hot movies are out? We support the third. Blah, blah, blah blah, aka writer strikes, mess us up. You know it's so hard every y'all, everybody's doing it.

Speaker 1:

Netflix, who will disnow this Everybody? Max is the only couple max did, did max, do max, did it too max.

Speaker 2:

They are like they're the least one. They did it at a very minimal, very remember it was even noticeable. I Mean it's like, like I'm not the first to say this. A lot of people say this is it's like having cable with all these dance streaming services. Now, yeah, I told you. I told you that long time ago think about a hundred dollars for the year.

Speaker 2:

Right, you get three. Three Are your favorite services. You get Hulu, netflix and Apple, right? Mm-hmm, what is that? You say? You got the year to subscribe to all of them. I don't offer yearly once. Missing the no.

Speaker 1:

I never had Apple, my big one getting it. I'll pay 99 dollars for a year. Okay that. I think it's. I pay Hulu. I think it's 79 for the year. Yeah, that's not bad. So, like I said, if Netflix had, I'll pay for year to, and I got Amazon video, which is I got. That too. That's included.

Speaker 2:

No, I paid, a whole, I paid a whole year.

Speaker 1:

Are you the whole year I did hold? It is 120 130. It's not bad either, so it's just like pain. Put all three, that's like paying your internet and cable bill yeah, one time one time.

Speaker 2:

What's good. I think I'm gonna do that too.

Speaker 1:

But I wouldn't finish. I wouldn't finish, bro. No, of course I'm not, I would finish. Okay, we'll now cost you six, nine a month. I saw that too, apple news plus. You now increase 99 per month to 29 a month. Mr Mason, they ain't pointing around, apple want their money.

Speaker 2:

I think it's Apple's such a Well-known you know very, they make money's. My point I was about money they but they make money.

Speaker 1:

They're about money. Let me restate that everybody's about the money. Yeah, when it says about the money is always about the money of course, and it's always the hit with the same line.

Speaker 2:

I'll pre know our, you know Movies, the content with to bring it out, and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. My thing is this, though like Do you feel there's enough shows on Apple TV For you to say you know what it's worth me paying this?

Speaker 1:

well, if I'm considering, not considering, I will do it. I wait once Godzilla and some of the sci-fi shows, cuz the sci-fi sound suck Cable. So yeah, I'm willing to pay that price, but, like I said, I'm not gonna pay. The monthly thing, like most people I write, is pay all once, that 99, I could go somewhere else. No, I hear you a month so I could go. So you're gonna stash stock account I think.

Speaker 2:

I think they dislike people like you though the pain all out of year. I think they dislike that and you know so fine because my I was my brother the other day. He was telling me About landscaping. I was like yo, what was your best? He goes. Nah, man, I hate that monthly stuff. I paid them out for the whole year. Oh, that's dope. I was like you know, I was like he gave me the fee. I was okay, cool, but he goes. Yeah, but the guy can sit in me up with these side stuff for me to pay, cuz he realized, yeah, that monthly fee is better, get at one time fee. I feel like the same thing, like when you don't go back to the gaming. I just feel like they don't like people who paid the whole year rockers. They're making more money off that monthly fee.

Speaker 1:

It's saying they will go back to the subject. On Credit card companies, do you really like those people who paid a monthly bill? Oh no, cuz he's not interested. They can't show you 20, 20, 27% interest rate.

Speaker 2:

Of course not, damn. He paid after he paid, at 25,000 for $30 now, right, the minimum you know.

Speaker 1:

Say he paid that $200 bill now, or pay that thousand dollar bill already this month. Damn, they can't charge you. But, mr Maisie, I mean that's the way of the world. I mean Xbox, xbox, xbox raised their prices. Yeah, playstation rated places. I think the 10-year-old did so. Everybody's doing it. Of course the you say they didn't say so damn remember cable.

Speaker 1:

I missed amazing. Let's go to spider-man to break and sell records. Mr Maison, damn, mr Spider-Man, you are the man. Mars Brown, peter Parker, kicking booty. Mr Amazing, what do you think about that? The studio, oh, was the Sam Yack? So more than 200., oh, sorry, 2.5 million copies in the debut on October 20. Breaking PlayStation studio record.

Speaker 2:

Who do you know how that before God?

Speaker 1:

of War.

Speaker 2:

God of War held that. Wow, they both got a record. Wow, that's impressive. So they sold 2.5 within a 24-hour period. That's impressive, man. Uh, I mean shouts.

Speaker 1:

I don't think they want hold up. You think did it break or that's a somniac's? Well, please, in the studios record. Sorry, place in the studio. Right, you're right.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I'm right, yeah, it's to your record. So, that being said, I mean that's twice a PlayStation in a year. Well, within a year period that they were able to do that man. That's impressive shot. The Sony for that man to have that in the a belt.

Speaker 1:

But within 11 days. It's so old, 5 million copies.

Speaker 2:

That's still good, but I you know as good as everything sounds. I don't think they're gonna do God of War sales, though, but God of War sold over five point million.

Speaker 1:

Five point one million copies on the day. Be weak.

Speaker 2:

No, that's what I'm saying, bob. I'm just about you do some general.

Speaker 1:

But you gotta think about God of War is on what else places to four platforms?

Speaker 2:

Well, that is true. Yeah, this is only on the place you five.

Speaker 1:

So you got. Look at like that. Spiderman 2 is only a place in five exclusive. Yeah, no, you was at a smaller User base that is true.

Speaker 2:

I think it's wise. Join it. Join the button. Join it.

Speaker 1:

So what you think of I played, I play spider-man. Mr Mason hasn't played spider-man not yet it's a good. That's a good game. I didn't have it finished yet. Um Good game, graphically well done. Story is good.

Speaker 1:

Action. But, um, what did I say is between, like, the major characters fights. It's kind of spread out, spread out throughout the story, a little longer than I anticipated. But what's that? First, finishing the game, I'll let you know my rating of one is a spider-man, miles wireless in spider-man 2. So you know 1, 2, 3, which was the best.

Speaker 2:

Okay, but my question to you is how was the hours To fish in this game? I said everybody's gonna fish.

Speaker 1:

Everybody finished the old time. I think people, there's a BS in people because I write works and I write the same game of skills. So right now I'm nine hours deep Time and most people beat it within 20 hours. Okay, uh, full completion, some people 25 hours.

Speaker 2:

So it's not that over again.

Speaker 1:

I thought it was longer than that. I mean, my thing is like if you're working, you know we have other responsibilities or the games you playing, it's gonna take a little bit longer because, like I said, I don't need to be the game on the weekend, the full weekend. You know I'm saying I like to, you know, absorb my game, feel it.

Speaker 1:

I feel you, I don't need to rush through it and I'm trying to be the eight hours, that's not sure I go cook. Oh, I gotta go sleep. I got to the kids away, you know. So you know, I'm saying I'm enjoying the game.

Speaker 2:

I feel you.

Speaker 1:

And when you write it you watch. Do you really don't get a chance to analyze it and we think what yo, hmm, you know same. But it's like it's a type of games Spiders type of gave you like where you go to work, or yeah, y'all hanging out like, oh, I gotta go play spider-man.

Speaker 2:

We go home for work, you know, I mean, you just said something got me interested in this little bit off topic with Go ahead. Have you played games over and beat them over more than one time? Have I? Yes, have you been a game and went back and beat again? Yes you've done that. I'm talking, not fighting games. So not about straight adventure games like spider-man, action games like that.

Speaker 1:

I've been uncharted the first one I beat. That again I Guess war yeah, gives a war, the first I know you beat one one time yourself and you played together.

Speaker 2:

We beat it. I think it's different because you have a different experience. I'm saying just as a soul player, can you beat a game? Go back and beat again.

Speaker 1:

I can't do that matter, why I can't cuz, even like certain games that always give me itch. I think on try series. Gives me that itch, gives a war. Gives that itch Tomb raider the same game you better than me back.

Speaker 2:

So the same kids are giving itch to give it a silly one game I've ever done that for and I was middle gear one I beat a couple of times but if you go back old school Mario games, so all you go back NES games, come for those games.

Speaker 1:

You could beat 20 minutes 20 minutes after now or two hours, you know, saying your goals to beat the last high score or where play the last try to beat their scores. So yeah, I still go play some games you beat again and you like racing games you played repeated, you try to beat the scores. Or new, new boards.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I feel you, so that's cool though. So me going back to spider-man.

Speaker 1:

For spider-man you have to beat. Like I said, you can beat the whole game and still do other mission.

Speaker 2:

No, of course yeah.

Speaker 1:

I. For half an hour we start beating people up, breakup crime, stuff like that. So yeah, you understand to beat the game, but it might play certain, like members, certain parts of game I saved. Might want to play that section again.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, yeah, yeah, not feel you. I mean, you know, going off my way. I mean I'm a six miles by spider-man too. We'll definitely talk about this as going to the game of the year, so I will.

Speaker 1:

We'll talk more about the game in the year, but it's up there because this year was actually, you know not gonna get here.

Speaker 2:

I Got this with you there, mike man. I think spider-man has a good chance of good in the game of the year because Anticipated game. The cells are really good, the game is really good. I haven't played it. But the only knockout her is the open world could get a bit repetitive, but I think that's what the world games yeah, so I'm okay with that.

Speaker 1:

But no one PlayStation of year.

Speaker 2:

Game of your war. I don't think it's the best places to get me off with you. Oh, this year, yeah, okay but this game is for what system?

Speaker 1:

every system is every system right? It's called X, but they call it X box. Yeah, it's simply Apple Xbox.

Speaker 2:

Oh. Yeah, I'm just trying to get other games off my head, but you're right, it is. I mean, let's put before go next topic. Let's just do it this way. This is do it this way. Xbox biggest game, starfield, playstation, spider-man 2 yeah, nintendo, you know what they're going. I married wander. Yeah so that. So we got those two. So those two definitely the top thing. Then you got the ones that's for all systems, for like.

Speaker 1:

Alan wake, alan wake. Oh sorry, nothing switch. Sorry, it's.

Speaker 2:

But this, this big, big comfort switch up that came in, what game it was, the one is that this is also a game of the year, hogwarts legacy, that's gonna go on. So yeah, that's coming on the switch as well.

Speaker 1:

So that would not win the game here. Go ahead.

Speaker 2:

So, but those are the game Again. Uh, not many off our head, that we know for sure. Then you got excuses. Actually, I'm so crazy, I think what I think marijuana but I'm forgetting about Zelda.

Speaker 1:

Zelda is held as I was pregnant.

Speaker 2:

It's gonna be bigger than marijuana. So I think it's since maybe Two years ago. What's the last year we had a good I?

Speaker 1:

Mean you guys look at this, yes, spider-man, could we game and we're our game of the year at some sites. Mmm, true, so you know saying so as we talk about the game award specifically, that's the only good. That's what I'm at. Is that's the one I mean? It probably balls us gate.

Speaker 2:

I think so too. I Think so too. Whoa, I think so too. Descobbde. Yeah, it's probably. It's, we'll see, we'll see. It's only a month away, so we'll see okay.

Speaker 1:

All right, mr Mason, let's go to our next topic. Our next topic is barbarian. The horror movie is coming, a video game. It's amazing. Do you see this movie? Never my life. I know you did it. I'm the movie guy. I'm the movie guy. This film largely had positive reviews. The budget was only four, four to five billion dollars and it grows 45 million worldwide. I mean this to get a short analysis is a Hollywood actor who rents a home in a bad area of town. Okay, is the Airbnb? Okay, so two people rent, two people Unfortunately Got booked at the same time, but the caveat is that the homeless man is rented out, has secrets in the basement.

Speaker 1:

There's a person who's been living there forever and they have who say, a D had a demon child down there, whatever some creatures down there. I won't go further into the mood and to it, so you can get a Blu-ray digital and watch how long this is like how long this came out. I came out this year. Oh, it's recent, I think. This is, I think this early this year. You're already this year or late last year I came out top my ass. This is recent, though older.

Speaker 2:

Okay and can you see a real game adaptation of this like can you can use that something you think of you? It's a good idea from your opinion for seeing the movie.

Speaker 1:

I mean, I forgot, oh, I didn't put down. Oh, who's the people making the game? Oh, the people making the game did also Friday 13 and Evil Dead.

Speaker 2:

Okay, so the company the company, the company so they got, they got some Nominees behind them, they got some recognition behind them and. Friday 13. I know, but it's bad, you know. But he's they got some evil. He will debt Okay, I.

Speaker 1:

Mean it's gonna be a single-player story driven game. So I mean, let's what we'll see what happens.

Speaker 2:

We'll see what we all know. You're gonna get it. No, yeah, you are. You saw the movie Michael. It's a horror. It's up your alley. You're gonna get it. I'm not gonna get it.

Speaker 1:

Oh, pause for a second. Everybody Wait, did I buy Jason? No, no, I didn't buy Jason that. Why texture chainsaw mask of no, you put his basement they buy the basic summer in a box. Yo yo, I did not buy the right.

Speaker 2:

Speaker 1:

Speaker 2:

Speaker 1:

May 25 million opening weekend Wow what business is this.

Speaker 2:

Is it a good movie for what you understood? Did you see it I?

Speaker 1:

make an average of you. I didn't see that. I Got here yo, but no, mr Mr Mason. Mr Mason, oh, let me know. It's now gross for me. This is now goes over 220 million worldwide. That's pretty good. I don't know what the budget. It was pretty good. That's yo, that's almost quarter meal.

Speaker 2:

That's yes, a quarter bill. I should say wow.

Speaker 1:

It's past surpassed a none to for the highest domestic horror movie for the year.

Speaker 2:

That's dope. No, it makes me wonder which. I go see this because, like it's a peacock.

Speaker 1:

If you had the peacock streaming service.

Speaker 2:

I say go see this now, because I'm like wow, the numbers are doing well.

Speaker 1:

I mean, according to peacock, is the most watched film of series in the first five days. Surpassing Halloween ends without no watch. Never, never, never, never watch piece of garbage. Mario Bros movie, the bear air episodes, and I want to see that sitting at Tennessee that the best man, and so I want to see that that's really good.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, you gotta watch that and it's a pass all those.

Speaker 1:

Yes.

Speaker 2:

Yes, I first five, like first like yes, but not all time, it's all time. First five days, all time, oh. But like the mimps about overall total gross, I mean okay, but we're always Views no first five days Mr.

Speaker 1:

Mason is only poppin son.

Speaker 2:

But you know what is the name. A lot of kids watch this and for social media. So she means in a and this, a lot of kids you'd be surprised your nine-year-old, ten-year-old are probably speaking to watch this.

Speaker 1:

You know this, this grown man watching this woman and women watching this.

Speaker 2:

No of course, but I'm just saying a 90 year-old's never was five nights of Friday is also 13 rating too, so yeah, I know so saying I think you have more for audience.

Speaker 1:

I mean, it did better than winning pool honey and blood. Yeah, but Mike's no sorry. No, it's funny. I think you told me the story, but the teacher yeah, yeah, yeah, thank you on the show.

Speaker 2:

I don't know. They told me y'all bad. So what happened? I wasn't even a major where it was from, but I don't know if my heck is America was a. Yes, you know, I think Indiana, I think it was a teacher, so I think it was fourth grade class and you know it's Halloween. He's a oh he's like say he does something cute. He saw the way to prove letting honey the the topic, so he puts it on but walks out the classroom. He comes back to a bunch of crying kids Open and seen apparently is a piglet. Somebody stab somebody.

Speaker 1:

Mr Robinson.

Speaker 2:

So that he's good, he's frantic. Apologize these kids cuz he thought it was a safe Friendly. We put that, we all know these kids are soft.

Speaker 1:

I'm gonna check that like a champion.

Speaker 2:

When we announced this on the show, I thought it was a bad idea to use such a famous character, loving character, to do something like that. I think it's a good idea, but I really think so. Like, would you be happy to go see Mickey Mouse going to see a? Great? Yes, yes, sir killer, yes, for real. Incorporates Maryal in Movie. Okay, you spec crazy stuff like that. Fertile the ꒹ũ you want. He takes a plunge and pops your heart out. I don't know what he's gonna do.

Speaker 1:

Mr Maison, we're going to the trailer. This week. Mr Maison's trailer week is Airbender on Netflix. Okay, I think it's coming out January 6th, but we'll tell you after the trailer. All right, let's kick it. Let's say relax.

Speaker 2:

What do you mean? It's coming out January 6th. It's not out already?

Speaker 1:

No, it's out already, but Spacey's gonna do the damn trailer.

Speaker 2:

Let's go Time.

Speaker 1:

Time is a funny thing. The past, the future.

Speaker 2:

The old days will mix up. There's only one way to keep it straight.

Speaker 1:

Mr Maison's wrong. February 22nd is coming out of next year.

Speaker 2:

Still around the corner.

Speaker 1:

So like you were saying, damn, that's why you can't get rid of Netflix, no, you can't get rid of it. There's always something you want to watch?

Speaker 2:

There is, they know how to suck you in. All right, I'm gonna drop it for this. Oh, so these things release. I gotta get that. Oh Lupin just dropped. Oh, I gotta get that Spider-Man 2 from Miles.

Speaker 1:

Brown, miles Brown, yeah, called Spidey Girls.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I'm like oh, gotta get that. So damn you Netflix, you know what you're doing. But going back to Airbender, I mean, I never watched the cartoon, I know you did?

Speaker 1:

I only watched the cartoon. And even the female version of Airbender. I watched on and off. I've never really fully watched the series. Okay, it's not bad, I just never gravitated towards to me. I was interested, but I just never was fully dedicated watching it. I got you.

Speaker 2:

Well, I never saw it, so I can't hear your story.

Speaker 1:

I tried to watch the movie that came out. Oh yeah, I remember that. I briefly remember that I fell asleep twice. Oh wow, it was straight Horrible.

Speaker 2:

I want to put this. I wasn't clear from the trailer if it's a movie or series.

Speaker 1:

I was not clear from the trailer movie series as well.

Speaker 2:

I hope it's a series, because if it's a series I'll be more intrigued. A movie I'm not going to be intrigued. A series, I definitely will be, I think a series will.

Speaker 1:

It was like how many episodes you think Five yeah five, six episodes. It probably a mini series.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's how I'm hoping it's a series. If it's a series, I feel like you could draw in more views. Go, go and get more deeper into the story of how you came to Airbender, so we'll see how they go with it.

Speaker 1:

But Mr Maze, the question is we want to know.

Speaker 2:

Yeah.

Speaker 1:

Well, I want to know, the audience want to know Are you going green lighted, red lighted or yellow lighted this trailer?

Speaker 2:

Honestly, all depends on the series. For me, man, If it's a movie, like whatever, if it's a series, yeah, I'll green light it.

Speaker 1:

And the trailer didn't give much details. I'll give a yellow light right now.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, I'm yellow also, but it's mind you, yellow can't go to green for the series. Yeah, we'll see, if any more trailers come out?

Speaker 1:

Any more information comes out before the debut on February 22nd next year? Definitely so go from there.

Speaker 2:

All right.

Speaker 1:

All right, mr Maze, let's go to a sherry care topic. Mr Maze, you should handle it. Mr Maze, oh what am I handling? There's a live Zelda action movie in the works. Mr Maze, that's big news and like a toy before Yo, I think it's going to talk.

Speaker 2:

That's you know. When it got announced I was like oh don't. But I realized myself, like don't talk, he's going to talk. Now I was like what are they going to do Because he doesn't talk? I told you before he's going to talk.

Speaker 2:

Because the thing is that the selling point for Link but it was, though that was the whole thing is like when it came out for the breath of the wild and stuff like that people were like you got to make a talk. You got to make a talk Because as a new system, the system is getting stronger. You got to make a talk. They were like no, no, he's not talking. They were against him talking. They won. They wanted to talk for many years. They were against him because they felt that it preserves the image we have of him. So I think for people, to see Virgin.

Speaker 2:

You, you don't pinpoint of his voice like I don't know it's. For them it was a selling point. I feel like it was a selling point. It was their gold key to making it that way. So For him, first of his voice, for the first time on a big screen, I think it's gonna be a bad idea, beyond what you know. I think it is. I think if you're gonna come talk, you should be talking. This last day I just dropped, so I don't how they're gonna do it.

Speaker 1:

You act like Mario. We're talking these big long Voice and Mario has.

Speaker 2:

Yeah but he does exactly. He has sings, he has catchy phrases too. But you know, he's like stuff like that, like he has catchy phrases, so that's nothing he has nothing, nothing like has nothing, exactly.

Speaker 1:

Okay, there's Peebs and other princes. They don't talk.

Speaker 2:

Minimal, minimal, yes but they come save me. I don't know Again, again, exactly. So I don't know how they're gonna do it. I don't know. I don't do adaptation, where you're watching the movie but you're reading everything, which I think would be a bad idea. I don't know what they're gonna do. I'm very curious, and my another another thing I'm curious about is that we all know this is the Zelda story. That goes over 35 years, give or take. Where do you, where is the time for where we were recapping this, that I would go every start from the origin, which I think you have to get some movie. I think we're gonna do a series in the movie, but that's just my opinion. But we all know what Nintendo is doing. This, though. They saw that. They saw successfulness of Mario there's and then we all know that was gonna happen.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, their properties come on, of course, but you saw success with Mario, like whoa. We catch on this with our next biggest hit, zelda. And then we could. You know, the metal is cashing in it right now. It's like get the movies out, get the games out. Get the movies out, get the games out.

Speaker 1:

They got the with the cereal, whatever. I today have a cereal, marinara cereal but the merchandise I see a black day's loose to the song. The weather, t-shirts, shirts, lunchbox, the theme parks.

Speaker 2:

And on top of that, remember not only Zelda that your link is traced back to I will warriors, what you played, yes, so that also helps too. So it's a big move. I don't know I feel about it and I won't know how I feel about that. I see a trailer so much the Mason.

Speaker 1:

Should we care a lot? A little.

Speaker 2:

I can tell I care a lot.

Speaker 1:

He's ready to beat me up tomorrow. Yo Lincoln, big talking Mike.

Speaker 2:

I care a lot cuz. You know my big solar fan. I care a lot yo, so what about you? I?

Speaker 1:

Care a lot. I want to see link talk.

Speaker 2:

Crazy cuz I don't want to see him talk. I don't see him talk, but you can't make it.

Speaker 1:

When a very white voice.

Speaker 2:

All right, guys, this is it, guys, a deep voice.

Speaker 1:

Let's go to our gang, sir. Oh wait, something week, mr Mason, we got. There's a mother for Arkansas. Accusing the five main gaming companies, activision Blizzard, microsoft, epic Games, the tronic arc and Ubisoft Staying in that, I'll make it brief their practices with their game is its predatory oh it's predatory.

Speaker 2:

Yes, why those games? Do not them games but those, those come here, why the hell?

Speaker 1:

they put Sony. Sony got no love. The tunnel gets the love. Oh, you got call of duty. Okay, you got the truck. Awesome, electronic, awesome with the soccer game Madden.

Speaker 2:

Wait, so wait. She said what about the game that this is?

Speaker 1:

as predatory practice make that they're making their games addicted, so you can spend money but that's the point.

Speaker 2:

That's the point, though, with their monetization with the, with the yeah. That's the point of making a game. I mean something. I right now guess what I want you To add. You can combine by the next one and the next one in the next one. What's?

Speaker 1:

that it's buying. The was buying that we call the live action stuff. Yes, oh, that's my buying the extra products, the monitor's, tation, but we've seen this happen with the Michael transactions.

Speaker 2:

Yeah, that's the point, though it's like me saying oh snap, michael, your job is addictive, you can get it customers coming back.

Speaker 1:

I that's right, ladies.

Speaker 2:

Got the coming back. It's crazy. I'm sorry, this is a wedge the thing about it.

Speaker 1:

Speaker 1:

Oh, I forget it with the basketball. Sorry. Sorry, the man passed away. He's a great actor. 70s movies Black expectation films at the time.

Speaker 2:

Speaker 1:
