The most common question we get asked at Off the Grid markets is “What is your favorite food truck?” While seemingly easy enough to answer, the product team at Off the Grid wants to know more. Why are guests asking that question? How do guests choose what to eat at our markets? Which trucks should we book for next week? Although fairly simple questions, they are surprisingly tough to answer, especially as they relate to the nuances in personal food preference.
