Hello friends, 
We are almost 3 full months into 2021.  How are you doing on your goals? How is your consistency?  My consistency could be better.  I’ve been thinking a lot about the concept of consistency. The dictionary says  Consistency is conformity in the application of something.  

That something is the action your choose.  What do you want to be consistent in?  What do you need to be consistent with to accomplish your goals? 

Some of the words associate with consistency are Words like steady or steadfast, stable or stability, constant orderliness, dependable, reliable, lack of change or deviation. 

Anthony Robbins said It is not what we do once in a while that shapes our lives, It is what we do consistently. 
Listen to today's episode where we talk about why to be consistent in your efforts, how it affects your brain and how we can use all the actions to compound the effects and reach our goals.
