Hello, my friends, 
 Discovering your personal power coaching is about helping women recognize they do have a choice. In Discover your personal Power, we teach that empowerment, or that personal power within us, drives our outcomes and our results.   And that power begins with our thoughts.  It begins with managing our mind or training our brain to help us create the life of our dreams. Our thoughts create our emotions which drive our behavior which gives us our results.  It sounds like a logical process, right, but it's hard.  It can be difficult to manage our brains and thoughts. 

Today we are talking about creating positive thoughts and positive affirmations. 
Here are just a few. 

  • I am worthy,  I am enough. I add value to the world
  • I have the right and the ability to choose
  • I know my values and I know how I want to show up in the world
  • I have amazing resources and opportunities to achieve my dreams
  • I control my results and my outcomes 
  • I am able to tap into my power, my intuition, and my light to make a difference in the world.
