Dan Jenkins: Solicitor and entrepreneur

What does it mean to set up a limited company?  How does it differ to me just trading as an individual?

These are some of the questions I asked myself when I was starting out.  The answer is very dependent on each individual's circumstances.  In this episode, Ross Andrews of Wellers Accountants and I talk through some of the considerations that his clients have when asking the same questions.

Some top takeaways from this episode:-

1. A limited company will typically require more admin work than being a sole trader; but
2. There may be advantages in minimising liability by setting up a limited company.
