Steve Jobs once famously said that "you start with the customer experience and work backwards...", but what exactly is meant by customer experience?  Is it really that important to a business?

In this episode, Ilenia Vidili of The Smarter Crew, explains the basics of customer experience and why it is a vital consideration when trying to grow your customer base.  We also talk about how ensuring that a customer has a good interaction with your company can turn them into a powerful advocate for your business.  Sometimes this can be something as simple as simply giving the customer what you promised them!
