Eric and Pete discuss how the program has evolved from the early days—housing and busing new hires to a “training field”—to today’s company-wide initiative focused on helping individuals build meaningful careers. Pete shares insight into how meeting people where they’re at has transformed the program’s success, while Cohen offers a firsthand perspective on transitioning from a small town in Maine to the field, living on the road, and finding purpose through the people he works with.
