Hello everyone! Bonjour tout le monde. đź–¤

Welcome back to the French Made Easy podcast. This is episode 192 — numéro 192 !

Today, we’re learning another essential verb, and that’s the verb “savoir,” which means to know, and its conjugation in the present tense.

Now, savoir is a very common verb in French. It’s also often confused with the verb “connaître,” which also means to know. If you’re not sure about the difference between these two verbs, make sure you listen to episode 90 of the French Made Easy podcast, where I explain the difference in depth.

Anyway, back to today’s lesson — we’ll focus on how to conjugate savoir in the present tense.

As always, if you’re new to the podcast, welcome! Make sure you’ve got your lesson’s cheat sheet ready so you can follow along while you listen. And after the episode, practice what you’ve learned inside the French Made Easy Exercise Library — you’ll find all the links in the episode notes.

Before we jump in: remember that the present tense is used to talk about what’s happening right now, or what you do regularly.
