LeAndra Nephin

LeAndra Nephin is an enrolled member of the Omaha Tribe of Nebraska and Iowa with lineal descent from the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska. She is a Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and has spent the last five years working with survivors of sexual violence and domestic abuse. She attained her BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy and is currently studying for an MSc in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at the University of Oxford. She is an international public speaker and advocate for Indigenous human rights with a particular focus on Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls, and People (MMIWG/MMIP) along with authentic and accurate representation of Native Americans in education, media, and sports.
