Dr. Laith Alshawabkeh, a board-certified cardiologist, discusses the latest advancements in the treatment of heart disease, specifically valve replacements and stents.
Dr. Alshawabkeh specializes in caring for adults with congenital heart disease, an abnormality in the heart present at birth. He leads the Adult Congenital Heart Disease Program at UC San Diego.
