Sumter Mayor David Merchant

Mayor Merchant is just about halfway through his second year in office and he joined Sarah Jane in the studio to do a check in on how things are going.. A theme in their conversation is his transition from board member to council member, eventually to Mayor, and how that started as a want to get involved in the community.
