Jeremy Birkey
Jeremy is the Training Technologist and Delivery Specialist at Applied Pavement Technology, Inc. (APTech). He has been with the firm for 11 years and supports training development and delivery for clients such as FHWA and state DOTs. He builds instructor-led courses and web-based training and manages delivery of several National Highway Institute courses, including the Maintenance Leadership Academy.
