‘H’ joined the British Army in 1990 and served for 23 years with the Royal Corps of Transport (RCT), which later amalgamated into the Royal Logistic Corps (RLC).

In this episode he talks about his family's long connection with the military, moving around as a child and then joining himself.  He also shares his time serving; including tours of Sarajevo (in Bosnia and Herzegovina), Iraq and Afghanistan.

Plus he talks about competing in the inaugural Invictus Games and becoming the game's first double gold medalist at archery.
