Can someone can please explain why so many people on trails, in parks, and other public places, put their dog ‘s poop in a plastic bag and just leave it there? Forever! Are they lazy, arrogant, or both?
If you are not to pick it up, at least just take a stick and flick it in the bushes and don't leave your little nugget bag on the trail to be an eyesore for months.
I’ve heard people say, “well maybe they are going to pick it up on their back.” Nope!!
So explain to me why this is OK.
