(How To) Feel the Vibe!

In this episode, I answer a question from a listener:

"I am really trying to feel the vibrations of my spirit guides, of my doggies, of my spouse but I just cannot feel any vibrations.  So my question is in order to feel vibrations do we need to listen with our ears?  Or can we block out all sounds with say a cotton ball or ear plug and would that help to feel those vibrations I so long to feel from myself and others?"
