INGREDIENTS
2 oz. mezcal
1 oz. orange juice
1 oz. blood orange juice
1 oz. fresh lime juice, plus 2 lime wedges
1 oz. simple syrup
1/2 oz. grenadine
4 to 6 dashes of orange bitters
Chili powder and Kosher salt for the rim
Directions
1.Combine the mezcal, orange juice, blood orange juice, lime juice, simple syrup, grenadine and bitters in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for 8 seconds.
2.Combine equal parts chili powder and salt on a plate. Run a lime wedge around the rim of a tall glass and dip in the chili salt to coat.
3.Fill the glass with ice and strain in the contents of the shaker. Garnish with a lime wedge.
