In this episode we talk to Angie, a Personal Trainer, Surf Apnoea Coach, and founder of Sisterhood of Surf, an incredible initiative designed to empower & connect women through surf. 

We chat everything from business and Angie overcoming her own fears, grief, and a range of hurdles to become who she is today. Angie suffered sexual assault, the loss of her dad and burnout over the years, and shares her story with us, including the work her and I did together in counselling sessions. Angie also opens up about her relationship and the struggles of long distance while her husband works overseas and she galivants around the globe running sold out Sisterhood of Surf retreats. 

We talk about how those retreats run, what is surf apnoea, and the beauty of getting out of your comfort zone and into the ocean. I also share my experiences from the Retreat I just got back from in Bali (you don’t want to miss the story about the hot Russian Sauna man trust me!)
