This week, Dylan is joined by Octavio Mateus. Octavio is a Palaeontologist, dinosaur enthusiast and Professor of Palaeontology at NOVA University of Lisbon. His family also founded and opened the renowned Dino Park in Lourinha Portugal where he is the lead researcher. Octavio & Dylan discuss, amongst other things, how exploring as a child led to one of the biggest dinosaur discoveries to date and why Portugal wasn’t only the perfect environment for the dinosaurs to survive, but also the perfect conditions to preserve their bones.
