Cam and Yonas welcome Ashlee Jeannot to the podcast this week! Ashlee is the founder of letsSTARTtogether LLC and the author of Knowing How to Talk About Race in the Classroom, a guidebook for White educators to develop racial literacy and the tools needed to engage in conversations and discussion centered around race. Ashlee received her M.A. from Tufts University in Diversity and Inclusion Leadership and is currently working at Salsify as their Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Educator. She chats with the guys about the importance of not just diversity but equity in a company culture, her inspiration to join the field, and offers advice on how companies can do better in the fight for equality.
