This week continues our journey into exploring groups that have been hijacked by unhealthy ideologies. My friend Jaci went looking for healthy vegetable recipes in vegan groups and quickly noticed many of the foods that were recommending were full of processed chemicals, sugars, and meat substitutes. When she offered healthier substitutes she received push back from the group and was told "Veganism isn't about health."
