In this episode, I have the pleasure of talking about all things subscription boxes with the Founder of BootayBag, Elly Gheno!

BootayBag is a passion project by real women (for real women) who hate digging through mall sale bins for their undies. Now I can honestly say that on a personal level, I don’t know what she’s talking about, but this is a real problem. Since Elly launched BootayBag back in 2016, BootayBag has quickly become a top underwear subscription box for women around the world. BootayBag is always ranked in the top 10 when it comes to underwear subscription boxes. Top 3 in urbantastebud and mysubscriptionaddiction. And ranked #1 in 2020 by undywear.com. They’ve also been featured on Buzzfeed, The Everygirl and Elly has even spoken at SubSummit, the world’s largest Subscription conference/expo.

Elly Gheno started her company with:

Zero experience, and I mean zero. No college degree, no business background, nothing.
And $300. She absolutely learned everything on the ground from her own experience. Yes, I did say $300 by the way. Unbelievable.

Which is another big part of this episode. Elly has been able to grow a community and culture that is second to none, and has created a loyal following who support and voice what is needed to keep growing the BootayBag brand!
