Expect raw, real emotions as I share the downloads from the past 6 months - from the lowest lows and disconnection from self to shifting the last layers of the old paradigm to learning to calm my nervous system and ultimately creating effortless success in 2023.
In 2022, I pushed myself to the MAX! I listened to external noise, my subconscious conditioning and got lost on the way to creating my life. I had my most successful 6 months in business, yet I didn’t stop to enjoy the fruits of my labour - continually striving to get to somewhere that for me was impossible to get to!
It’s only when it all came crashing down that I finally realised that I was chasing something and not allowing myself to be connected to my true essence - and actually allowing myself to feel all the emotions of life - from the deep grief to the joy.
You see Soul Diggers, it’s your inner world that creates your outer world, so when you’re creating from a place of ease and connection, that’s what you create on the outside.
It took me reaching my lowest point, and learning to strip away the last layers of conditioning to realise that I had to calm my nervous system and live my life from a place of relaxation.
I began to relax, rest, find flow and internal coherence. I learnt how to become magnetic when I was relaxing.
I learnt to stand in the storm and let life happen around me - and tap into the most empowering and radically transforming feeling; this internal recalibration.
This episode is your reminder that when we push ourselves to the max, we push ourselves out of our natural state. We lose focus and control of what we are actually here on this planet to do - to enjoy, love, feel, live with ease!
