To kick off Mental Health Awareness Week we are excited to bring you the first of two episodes with New Zealand Red Cross. Understanding and managing your own mental health is something that isn’t discussed enough, so we sat down with Cate Keville of New Zealand Red Cross to talk about what anxiety and depression could look like and talked through some ways to manage them. In the second episode that will be released later this week we’ll discuss supporting someone you care about who’s struggling with their mental health. Don’t forget to check in on those around you and ask them ‘how are you really’, you never know how much of an impact it could have.
