Today we welcome real estate investor, speaker and co-founder of Austin-based Obsidian Capital, David Toupin. 

David first acquisition was a 12-unit apartment complex in Michigan back in 2016. Today, David has acted as a key principal in over $50M in real estate holdings and has raised north of $10M in capital.
