In 2022, she expanded into Commercial and Business Lending when she opened On Target Solutions. She is a champion for Black Wealth. When she is not helping Sellers and Buyers in the Bay Area create their own economy through real estate, she is a national speaker and serial entrepreneur. Shawneequa and her Team focus on educating the masses; increasing sustainable wealth in the Black Community and helping her clients build a legacy plan through real estate investments.
