Show Notes

Winnie Jiang is an assistant professor of organizational behavior at INSEAD. She studies the dynamics of meaning-making at work, work as a calling, career mobility and transitions, and personal and professional development. Prior to joining INSEAD, Winnie completed her PhD in Management at Yale University.

We connected with Winnie as we wanted to learn more about her research around factors that help unleash people’s fullest potential and realize their purpose at work. We talk with Winnie about her own career story, her take on the great resignation, the insights and implications from her research on meaning of work and career transitions, her views on how organizations manage talent and career mobility, and the projects that she is planning to work on in 2022.
