And you know that means a visit - or as we like to refer to it as, our annual pilgrimage - to Hill Farmstead Brewery in Greensboro Bend. While there we unexpectedly ran into fellow Maine craft beer enthusiast Dan Sylvester and his crew of hooligans and after sharing a few beers the birthday celebration shifted south to Waterbury and to a new craft brewery, Freak Folk Bier.
