In this episode I talk about how, whether its marriage or kids or schools going back open in a virus (or not going back- depending on where you live) we really should focus our energy and efforts on what we CAN control. Trying to control others is absolutely pointless. I find it valuable to make a list of pros and cons, being fully aware that there are cons to ANY situation in life (& pros!) and to choose both the positives and the negatives that I want to live with. I know that through controlling my thoughts I can also manage the "cons" as they come up in a way that best serves me.
