I received a question from someone whose partner reacts in large dramatic ways and tries to draw the other partner into arguments. This isn’t easy and navigating this takes emotional maturity. If you have a partner who is emotionally immature often, absolutely that is a struggle. It will feel a lot like navigating a relationship with a child or teen. I don't say that with judgement, I simply say that to empower you to know that the same tools I teach in my parenting course apply. The question (after an explanation) was “how do we deal with someone else's big emotions?”
