Texarkana was gripped in fear when their city was under attack from the Phantom Killer, a name given to an unknown killer by the media. In the span of a short four months, he claims the lives of five and leaves three seriously wounded. People stayed inside, locked their doors, and kept weapons by their nightstands in fear of him. Yet, his true identity is still unknown to this day. Today, we’re tackling the phantom killer, or as his crimes are more widely know, The Texarkana Moonlight Murders.
