'The loudest voice in the British Army!'.....That was the reputation gained by Regimental Sergeant Major 'Tibby' Brittain over a career which spanned nearly 40 years.  This week the Director looks at the life and work of ths remarkable man who influenced the lives of over 40,000 officer cadets at Sandhurst and at Mons.
