Our guest on this week's episode is Jason Schenker, president of Prestige Economics and chairman of the Futurist Institute. And this week Ben Ames reports on new research that lays out four major themes on what employers are going to have to do to keep themselves staffed up in 2026. But many workers are concerned that their employers won’t prepare them properly for the many changes they will face in their jobs.
