To What Kind of Prayers does God Answer Yes? part 1

Prayer is a common experience among Christians.  We pray together in our Bible Studies and worship services.  We pray with our families.  We pray as we drive.  We pray when we get up in the morning, and as we lay our heads on our pillows at night.  

Prayer includes worshiping God, confessing sin, and thanking God.  But it is often dominated by making requests to God regarding things that are happening in our lives, or the lives of those we love.  

We go to God with requests for supernatural intervention; with sickness, finances, or relationships.  

And sometimes we get a positive answer to our prayers; the sick get better, the money comes in, and the relationship is saved.  

But sometimes we don't get what we desire.   

So with that in mind, I wanted to address the question, in a series of sermons, "To What Kind of Prayers does God Answer Yes?"
