SPEAKER_01That's good. Thought it was long overdue for another catch-up, and we've obviously got the WA title kicking off next Friday. So I thought it'd be a good time to catch up, have a chat. How's everything been gone for you for you, mate?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, good being busy, being between getting a go-kart sorted for the title and trying to get the winglets back together for the upcoming season in November.
SPEAKER_01Yep, it's coming around fast, eh?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, quick.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. I'm starting to learn about the whole go-karts and speedway seasons blending into just one one one big season of just non-stop in the shed.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, there's always there's always shit to do.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, there always is stuff to do, yeah. That's definitely true. When did we last catch up? Before NT or was it around Ken's test?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, before Northern Territory. Yeah, after Canon Test, before Northern Territory.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so as you said in that pod, you were trying to better your N3 efforts.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, didn't better it. Didn't better it? No. Damn it.
SPEAKER_01Well you at least your consistence, mate. Yes, no, it was uh it was a good show over there. So have you done much racing since?
SPEAKER_00Nah, I've done. I think only the one at Waging. The yeah, the Outlaw Hustle. Yep.
SPEAKER_01I think that was the only one we've done since. That was a great that was a great final to watch.
SPEAKER_00Yep.
SPEAKER_01You probably had a better view from most people, but um good show, good racing. And the uh the waging track, which is obviously a state title track, I thought put on a show.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it was definitely the best it's been in a long time. I think waging's good anytime it's under lights though, to be fair.
SPEAKER_01So Yeah, yeah. Which is gonna suck for the title. Well, it's not gonna suck, but we all know.
Track Form Noms And Timetable
SPEAKER_00They're not running under lights.
SPEAKER_01No, we're done in daytime. Yeah, right. According to the timetable anyway. So um actually I should bring that up too so we can have a look at it. What else have we got to catch up with? I'm gonna be very careful drinking my drink because I know last podcast everyone could hear me munching on the ice and I didn't even think about it. And obviously these these microphones that I've got work too well. So um I'll behave myself this time. So yeah. Total of 211 nominations, plus the rookies and midgets, I would assume. Yep. So good numbers. Looking like some good racing coming. The track's been, yeah. I thought that the track was the best it was that day. Yeah, and so they've obviously been working hard at it getting ready. So, yeah, hopefully we can dial in quickly and go well. So, what are you what class are you running?
SPEAKER_00KT Lite, one, two, five light, 100 KT Twin and the Outlaw.
SPEAKER_01Five. Damn, son.

SPEAKER_01Very good, very good. Alright, well, we're it's gonna cover off most of the classes. Do we want to just go through classes like we have in the past?

Junior Lights And Junior Heavy Picks
SPEAKER_01We have got, so we've got junior lights to start with. We've got a total of I didn't even see the number. 22, it was 22, so it's a split class. Yeah, have we got many interstators in there? So we've got Toby Brown, obviously. We've got Connachar Others. Oh, so you've got a couple of guns coming over, and Jet Herring, I don't know that name. But otherwise, of the local people, who do you have? Who do you like the look of, mate?
SPEAKER_00Probably Oscar McIntyre.
SPEAKER_01Oscar McIntyre, definitely. Preston Hall. He's been he's quick.
SPEAKER_00Brax Condren. Oh, Brax is in there too. Yeah. Cade Beaton will be up there.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, Beetle, yeah.
SPEAKER_00It's a very young field of the city.
SPEAKER_01It is, because there's so many moved up. Yeah. You blinking, there's a whole new field every two years.
SPEAKER_00Brax is he'd be the oldest there, you reckon?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I'd imagine. So it seems like he's been going around in lights. And because he's he's of a smaller stature, he's stayed in lights probably longer than most as well. Yeah. So yeah, and and young Oscar will be the same.
SPEAKER_00He'll probably be around for another couple of years, and yeah, he won't be going to heavies anytime soon.
SPEAKER_01No, no, which you know, good for them. So, yeah, so I reckon you were right there. Oscar McIntyre, Cade Beaton, Braxton Condren, and then obviously actually Clark Phillips is always quite quick. Yeah, that's a good field. And yeah, Preston Hall, I've seen him get around. I know he does bitchman cutting as well. So Hayden Bennett's too. Is he still a junior light? There you go. We've obviously got Aussie One there, too. Don't forget him. Yeah, good. So yeah, that should be good racing. So good luck to all the youngsters in that class. Junior Heavy, so 18 and junior heavy. So yeah, you got Chase Stocks, who will be the hometown hero. Young Callan Gilpin, he's done a lot of laps around there too. There's a name there, Kyron Moore. Yeah, you do always run hot on the back. Absolutely, absolutely. Nate Pearson, Jay Gahall, the newly crowned Northern Territory one. So he's obviously trying to keep his momentum going there. Who else? I know young Jasper Ferguson will be looking to go well, and Danny Thompson, number six in the bullet. Good number that one. Any other picks there, mate?
SPEAKER_00No, I reckon it'll go. Yeah, Nathan Doyley will be up there, and then probably. Yeah. Yeah, I'll go either probably Jag a hole.

KT Light To KT Heavy Contenders
SPEAKER_01your junior heavies into the KT Light. So this is one of your classes. It's almost more classes that you're in than not in, mate. So what did we say, 18? No, I'm 20. Yeah, this is split. Yeah, this is a split. So Young Keaton Griffiths. Who else? Willie Douglas? Brayden Jansen, Brock O'Malley, yourself. Luke Squise has come over. S1, there you go. Not gonna make it easy on you, mate. Seth Kershaw. Who else we got?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, like William Douglas and Luke Squaz will be Yeah, they'll keep your hands full there, won't they? Feegan Hunter, Sion Hunter.
SPEAKER_01Yep. Right. Erin Virgin, I missed that the first time.

SPEAKER_00You gonna start eating or what? I probably should now. I'm a shitty weight where I've got to put lead on to get to mediums, or I just run overweight in lights.
SPEAKER_01So how far do you run over? Are you not able to say?
SPEAKER_00No, I'm about 12 kilos over, so I'm but then eight kilos of lead is like a tiny bit as well.
SPEAKER_01Yep. Try to drink that quietly. KT mediums, alright, so Jason Curtis, Joy Curtis, Dolby Davis, all hometown champs also selling.
SPEAKER_00They'll all be in there because they didn't get a Stato class, eh?
SPEAKER_01Yes, so they didn't get a Stato class. So they both the KT medium and light all went over for that reason. I would say they wouldn't be split if we had had them in. So Zach Jones. What would you have run?
SPEAKER_00Oh you were already running heavies, weren't you?
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I'm not I'm not racing statos.
SPEAKER_00Okay, nothing like that.
SPEAKER_01I'm more than old enough, but I don't want to. They're too fast for me, man. Because my KT heavy is like a kilo of lead.

SPEAKER_01So I'm what too heavy for mediums.
SPEAKER_00Yep.
SPEAKER_01So not too heavy, but I could probably get away with it. I like the KT heavy though. Yeah, Zachy Jones, W2, Cooper D is in mediums now. So he was running heavies for many years, but he's obviously dropped a few kegs. Callum Jansen will be a contender. That's Finnegan Hunter from Taddiara. Timmy Ryan, oh yeah. Josh Shann, Josh Thompson, Brendan Newmarch, Max Richards, they're all good kids. A1, Mark Burford. Keaton Griffiths is having to go in there as well. Diesel Glazebrook.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's that's a pretty solid fielder.
SPEAKER_01Yeah. You'd have trouble in there too, wouldn't you?

SPEAKER_01Yeah, very good racing there. And then obviously KT Heavy, so we've got 13 in the end. So I've raced a lot of these guys all year, which is good. Luke Grant's in the coyote. Brees Hackett, so he's no slouch.
SPEAKER_00I've never known him to run a KT.
SPEAKER_01Max Fowler, well, Luke Hughes. I think he's actually W1, isn't he?
SPEAKER_00I'd say he would be.
SPEAKER_01Yeah.
SPEAKER_00In both of them, too? No? Yeah, in both heavies. There's one 67 to fly on the radar. He's my tip to win it in both his classes. Yeah, I know.
SPEAKER_01Bloody Hughesy. Lochton Barber's coming over from Sun Razor. Young Josh Thompson. Maddie Bain, who's done TT Heavy forever. Jaden Steer can pedal. Bodie Walton's in there. So we've got a couple of youngsters that are coming to race with the old fat guys. There's not really old fat guys anymore, are we? That's a good field.
SPEAKER_00I reckon it'll go Luke.
SPEAKER_01You can't go past Luke. You can't go past Bainey. You can't go past Max Fowler. Yeah, I was going to say. And then you gotta probably Reese Hackett's gotta be a contender because he's you know.
SPEAKER_00I'll stick with the WA top three.
SPEAKER_01Yep. You know, he's been around forever. But then, you know, a guy like Jaden Steer or Loch Lombardy or Luke Grant can have their day too, right? So you never know. And then these youngsters, if they're on, you know.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Bodie and Josh, like if they're on on their day, then it's then they're hard to be. So we didn't have a statesman field, 100 open in 14 clo 14 nominations. I probably don't know these guys as well, but obviously you've got Aussie one and yourself. Zack Jones is W3, Luke Squise is a multiple plate holder in many classes. William Douglas, W1. Diesel Glazebrook, he's done well in there. James Inglis, you know, just to add another. Yeah, that's pretty stout. That's gonna be good racing in there. Toby Collins has been doing a lot of laps lately. Yeah, Taletha Stotz coming over from Adelaide. Any other interstators out of the side of her and Luke Squires? Nope. Any other contenders there, mate?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, I know Jimmy and Willie D were the two sort of top guys at the um what do they call it? Earlier on this year with the 100 and 200s. Oh right. The master.
SPEAKER_01The double master. Double master, yep.
SPEAKER_00Zach Jones is he's always running his 100. Luke Squise, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yep. That should be that should be a good good show again.
SPEAKER_00It's a pretty not a small field, but it's definitely like it's got a lot of depth in there if you don't have.
SPEAKER_01Yep. Yeah, when you don't have the quantity, as long as as long as you've got the quality, it's the big one. Alright, 125 lights, another one of your classes. So you've got Zach Jones, the defending W1. Blake Curtis, he will be fast. Loch and Rogers gets good, gets around there. You've got an S1 on your cart, so we've got another fast one. Kenneth Putty, can pedal around there, David Carruthers, with a license number of 410. You'd think he knows how to drive, maybe. Sullivan and Finnegan Hunter from Tatiara, Brock Zonker, Nathan Walton, Kira Griffiths, who has been doing sensationally well lately. Callum Jansen. Yeah, that's another good field. I would have expected more
100 Open And 125 Light Preview

SPEAKER_01Not even split. So yeah. It's um yeah, for for lights. Lights is normally one of the first ones you'd think would split out of the one, two, fives at least. So yeah. Should that'll be, you know, even Dean Clarkson, he's now got a few laps under his belt in the one, two, five. His old man knows how to set up a cart, so should be a good race. 125 mediums. 20 exactly, so they've not split either. So you've got Blake Curtis, Marcus Pages in one two five mediums. Haley Morton's been going at it. Jack Meehoff. Jack Meehoff, Jack Tarandetti. Actually, it's Jake Tarandetti.

SPEAKER_01Yeah, okay. Didn't you hear that story? Well, he nominated himself for the sprint car when he went out at Ellenbrook that time. Oh, that's right. Nominated him as Jake. And so the commentator was calling him Jake. So that's what we'll go by now. So we've got defending uh Nathan Walton in W1, Cooper Davis, Reese Hackett, Chris Valletta, Stephen Clarkson, Timmy Ryan, James Englis, Jake Whitehead, S3, Chad Rodder, Diesel Glazebrook, Thomas Aston, Aussie One, Mark Burford, S2, Matt Bennett's. There's a few good names in there.

SPEAKER_01Again, this is missing just the next level. Like normally there's a little bit. Like when we went across to the Riverland 2Da, the what the 125 light field was, I would say, stronger than this. That's saying something.

SPEAKER_00I reckon that'll be a top, that'll be an SA top three to be like one to five medium. Yeah, Tom Aston will win it from Burford and then probably like a Chad Rodder or a Reese Hackett.
SPEAKER_01Yeah? You're not gonna give one WA guess sniff.

SPEAKER_01I'm gonna tell Jack. Not even Cooper, Nathan, Jack. Yeah, I just Blake Curtis. Tim Ryan.

125 Heavies And Adapting Fast

Uh, we've got Cameron McKenzie, Jeffrey Short, Jeremy Soffin, Marcus Pages, Daniel Hughes from Adelaide, myself, Jared Pearson, Max Fowler, Brady Somerville, has got a new N2 on his cart from Adelaide, Luke Hughes, Norman Hughes, Joshua Suggan from Lucendale, Mr. Bullett, Maddie Bain, Blake Atkinson from Adelaide, Joel Lewis, Dan Ferguson, Aaron Barring from Tatiara, and Gareth Keeling. That's or did we say that was 18 or so.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, that's a Luke, Luke Hughes, a Luke Hughes, and then probably some South Australians. What do you reckon?
SPEAKER_00Luke, Max, yourself, Jared.
SPEAKER_01Yep. Blake will find his way around there. He's been over before, so he know he'll know the track. Gareth knows the track real well. And he was he had poll for last year's WA title. At Boston. Yep. Yeah. He started on pole and Luke got him. So yeah. And young Brody Summerfield can can drive. He's so young, but he's a big boy. Yeah. He can drive real well. So that'll be that'll be fun racing. The biggest thing about seeing the people that haven't been in the track before, it's like wonder how long it's gonna be before they get a ticket to the bus stop. Because they all overdrive it.
SPEAKER_00Yeah. I don't know. I think there's a lot of within the last couple of years, the not necessarily the tracks because they all stay the same, but the driving standards have definitely gone to another level and the I don't know, the Well hopefully they work it out of practice rather than. Yeah, just ability to adapt a lot quicker, I think, as well.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I think and the quality as well. Like before people would just travel because it's a holiday and go racing, but now the guys that are travelling, they're travelling because they're fast and they're traveling as well. You know, they're not they're not just yeah. You're probably right about that. KT twin. How many
KT Twin And 200 Open Depth
SPEAKER_01do we have in that? Sorry, I missed it. Twelve. Yeah, 12 KT Twin. Jason Curtis, Toby Collins, Luke Squires, yourself NS2, Taletha Stott, Cooper Davis, Zach Jones. It was great to see him in the A-grade class. Brock O'Malley, Willie D, W1, Lockie Crisp, V Lockie Crisp, James Inglis, and Diesel Glazebrook.
SPEAKER_00That's another field like the 100 open, I suppose.
SPEAKER_01Like if you were to try and if any one of those guys won that race, you're going that way. Like try and pick them for there's nobody there, you'd go, they can't win. Anybody could any one of those guys is good enough to win.
SPEAKER_00And that's another case of like you'd rather have 12 like that. 12 contenders than 20 and 10 hanger-honours.
SPEAKER_01Yep, 100% agree. So that'll be good racing. Um I've actually seen the racing order, so I need to work out what I can watch and what I can't watch in outwork sometimes. Yeah, you're there watching the race before you, and the second you must be able to watch every race, I reckon. Yeah, yeah, you and half of them. 200 open. Okay, so this is oh sorry, I missed that again. How many? 13, 200 open. Dolby Davis, Harley Morton, Daniel Hughes from Adelaide, Toby Collins, Jack Town and Eddie, the newly crowned at Northern Territory 1.
SPEAKER_00The only plateholder in that field?
SPEAKER_01No, there's Teletha Stott, Cooper Davis, Jared Pearson, William Douglas, W2, Brock Zonka, James Inglis, Black Eggerson N2, and Chad Rodder A1. So there are some drivers here. And that's I would say anybody could win that.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's probably.
SPEAKER_01But anybody could podium. That there won't be any strangers to the podium in this one. Yep. If that makes sense.
SPEAKER_00It'll just be whoever's I suppose they got the drop round, so it's not as bad, but it'll just be whoever can get their stuff to hold together the longest.
SPEAKER_01Yep. Yeah, with 200s, it's like, you know, who's had a DNF?
SPEAKER_00So or who hasn't had a DNF more so.
SPEAKER_01Yep, yep. I I'm looking forward to seeing, you know, like young Jack who's starting to, you know, come on, racing a guy like Chad Rodder and James Inglis, and you know, even Willie D, those guys racing each other against, you know, Dolby and and Cooper that have done a lot of laps in 200s. Mind you, now Jack's done a lot of laps in 200s too, right? So but just seeing these youngsters that are up and coming and racing the the old guard, and there's not many of them going around anymore, but I think the obviously title will be a bit different, but um, yeah. And then last but not least, our favourite class the outlaws.
Outlaws Podium Chances And Risks
SPEAKER_01We've got 10, which is a bit disappointing, but 10 will be this is another case of anybody in that list can make the podium.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, 100%.
SPEAKER_01So, you know, Jack with an N3, Nathan with a W, you with an A1, Jared's been racing non-stop in this thing, Kenneth Laughlin get around into Great Southern and that beast. We all know about James Inglis around there in the Outlaw. Maddie Devine is Mr. Consistent, doesn't miss a beat. Aaron's probably the biggest unknown. Like I know he's been racing one for a little while, but he's probably not done one around Great Southern before. Gareth's done plenty of laps and Cooper's good to see him back in one. So I think he's the one that got them over the line for the 10, wasn't he?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, he was. So hopefully he can get further than the pit gate this time.
SPEAKER_01Is that what happened?

SPEAKER_01Oh yes, with the jam, the throttle jammed on.

Travel Plans Practice And Race Format
SPEAKER_01and everything has been published on the on the Great Southern page. So if anyone needs any more information, they've already published that that up, which is good to see. What else have we got to talk about in there? The cashless canteen. So leave your money at home, kids. Bring your plastic. So yeah, obviously, they're loading up on the Thursday, setting up the pits.
SPEAKER_00What time does that open? 10am?
SPEAKER_0110am on the Thursday. So yeah, we're gonna leave early on the Thursday morning, get down there. You get there for 10, you reckon, or just depends on how how much how everyone gets out of bed on Thursday morning, mate. Knowing the mob I hang around, there could be some hangovers. And then yeah, straight into racing on the Friday, which will be good.
SPEAKER_00Will they fly in Wednesday?
SPEAKER_01No, two of them are driving in on Wednesday, and then there's some flying Wednesday night. And I think um Jack will work Thursday, so drive down Thursday night. So, but there'll be a group that head down as I I want to get there as early as we can so we can go settle in, then go and find our accommodation and where are you staying? We've got a house in Katanning. Okay, so shouldn't be too bad. What about you?

SPEAKER_01I'm getting too old for that. Yeah, so basically it's three days, not exactly the same, because on Friday we have the um practice. And yeah, practice kicks. Sorry.
SPEAKER_00Is it heat one on Friday?
SPEAKER_01Heat one and heat two on Friday, heat two, uh three and four on Saturday and four five and six on Sunday. So yeah. Is that how they did um Alice?
SPEAKER_00Two, two, two? No, they only did one on Yeah, they did one, three and two, I think.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, that's right. So this will be interesting to see how that works. It's good probably having the big day on the Friday. So you've got the biggest day behind you.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, sort of get a step ahead. I don't know what do you know what the ruling is on if they start like on Saturday, let's say we finish somewhat early, can they start round well would be, can they start round five? They don't have to finish round five though.
SPEAKER_01No, they can start around and not finish it, yes.
SPEAKER_00Okay, yeah.
SPEAKER_01So basically if they're you know, if they're watching a weather forecast, because you know, weather's like this time of year, it can be unpredictable. So as long as the chief, well, not as long as the chief steward will communicate to everybody in in the morning and say, hey, we're looking at the weather forecast and we want to get as much as we can get done. If we're finished the round by this time, we might run this much of the round and let people know not to pack up, but we'll all get plenty of notice and we're all there to race. So people don't do you know part days, they're there for the three days anyway. So if we can squeeze it in, I think they'll they'll do that, but I don't think that'll be necessary. Um obviously they've got the midgets on the Saturday and the rookies on the Sunday, so that'll that's where that practice time will be used up on the Friday. So and then they're doing presentations at the pavilion, which is near where the camping is, I believe.
SPEAKER_00Pretty sure it's the if it's the same as last year. I think it's where the trotting complex is, eh?
SPEAKER_01Yes.
SPEAKER_00All in that same sort of yeah.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, so no, that looks good. And you know, hopefully we're well, hopefully we're finishing a reasonable time. So and then the the race order is already published, which is really good, so you can make plans with your mates and your pushes and all that stuff.
SPEAKER_00So I'm the race order's pretty good for you.
SPEAKER_01Do you like it like that?
SPEAKER_00I organise way better, yeah.
SPEAKER_01Kind of it's kind of good and it's kind of you there's positives in both ways and negatives in it, because like if you're organised, you've got the whole round to do everything. So like yeah, I'll basically go to the grid with both my carts. And then yeah, basically. Yeah, I suppose the only thing is, yeah, you do your helmet, you prepare it, you can set it up to do two races, and unless you're collo cop, you might be in trouble.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, and if it's you won't be the only driver going from KT heavy to one, two, five heavy. No, that's true, there's probably four or five. If you're not gonna have that issue, there'll be a couple of years and they'll they'll wait for you.
SPEAKER_01Yep, but that's the only thing. Oh, I suppose if there's anything under process, and because we're not running finals, it's probably not as likely. So, you know, you go out for that last round, and they still need to quarantine the races from before you, and etc. etc.
SPEAKER_00I think it almost takes as long though.
SPEAKER_01Like whether it's Yeah, because they still need to work out the night, the still need to work out the final.
SPEAKER_00I think that can almost take as long as what it can do, yeah, holding a final because there's a protest.
SPEAKER_01Yep. But yeah, that's not that's not for us to worry about. Yeah, so that's all of that.
Loxton Track Rumours Put To Bed
SPEAKER_01I suppose looking a bit further forward, I suppose you've got the Aussie title as well, which the NOMs have now closed as well. So that's looking really good. By all reports, the track surface is excellent.
SPEAKER_00Yep.
SPEAKER_01So obviously there's there was rumors floating around about that. Don't know who started them, don't know why they started, but when I heard them, I called up my friend who happens to be the president of Loxton, and he's like, What the fuck are you talking about? Like, seriously, he was like, What do you mean? He goes, Yes, I've had to rebuild the track, but we always plan to. Yes, I've got a different crack track crew, but they're totally different. What? Track crew? Crack true. Did I say crack true?
SPEAKER_00No, I think you used the first time.
SPEAKER_01Okay. But yeah, he's got different guys doing the track, and the equipment was different too. But turns out the people that are doing the track now have got better equipment and know exactly what they're doing. So it's disappointing that these things start. But yeah, what I'd say to people out there, rather than talking shit, just go straight to the source, it's easier. You know, I've fallen for that trap before, listening to the wrong people, but my lesson that I've learned is if you know the person, call them. And if you don't know the person, speak to somebody that does, rather than turn into a freaking rumour.
SPEAKER_00Yeah.
SPEAKER_01Because it's not good for the sport. And you know, the amount of hours that people in these clubs have put in, you know, like Brad was told me, I think he said, Oh we've got five days before the title, and he goes, I go, What do you mean? He goes, We've got two weekends and then one more day, and then we're that's it. Because obviously all the volunteers have jobs, yeah, and so they're at the club limited because they have lives and jobs. So all this, you know, all this time, he's you know, they've only got X amount of time to do all this stuff, and we're all rocking up there acting like professional racers and all of that, expecting perfection, which you know there's a certain expectation that it's gonna run well, and it will, but I just find it's a bit shit that people try and cause cause shit like that. So that's all I'll say about that.
X Series Costs And Commitment
SPEAKER_01Um, have you been watching the X series?
SPEAKER_00Uh no, not really to be honest.
SPEAKER_01No, I've I kind of watched them on um on my laps and stuff, and it's yeah, it's not as it's disappointing that we didn't get the interstators over there this year, but you know, obviously with the fuel price and everything, it's made it like you have to be selective on what you're doing.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's not like they plan to run a series around the interstators either, so you can't blame them for sort of if they wanted a national round national series, then they should do it. And I don't know, I don't know how you do it, but yeah, it's one of those things that people that whether you're from Adelaide or Perth, if you don't plan on doing the Adelaide trips, you probably you can look at it two ways. You either think, I'll give the Perth ones a crack and see how we go, or if I'm not doing the Adelaide, there's no point doing Perth because I'm nowhere on point.
SPEAKER_01So Yeah, they're quite spread out too for the series as well.
SPEAKER_00Yeah, that's what I mean. It's tricky to go over there, like if you sent your cart there for a week before a title and did it, and then a week after a title around the next two.
SPEAKER_01Then you've got to have effectively two full weeks up off work, or you know, you're gonna fly back in and out. How much money do you want to spend on flights?
SPEAKER_00Yeah, it's yeah, it's hard to close everyone, isn't it? The year we did it, it was obviously spread out, and we just fly in the Friday night and fly out the Sunday.
SPEAKER_01Yeah, I really enjoyed doing it because it was good to see the different tracks and and all of that. So yeah.

SPEAKER_00No, I pretty much covered it all with the snow title, and I'm sure we'll catch up again before the Aussie title.

But yeah, there's people that I've been hounding for ages that I still haven't got on that one day I will.
