Do our lives and actions pass the 'smell test'? Have we learned to be more like Jesus and are we on the way of holiness? When we come to grips with who we really are as loved children of God; when we remember how much Jesus loved us and how He proved His love, we will want our lives to scream, 'Jesus', to mimic the life of the Savior. He gave Himself freely and then He gave Himself! When we can learn to give of ourselves freely and ultimately give ourselves, we bring not tears to the Spirit but a smile to the face of our Father. There is a sweet smelling aroma in the nostrils of God. It is the Scent of Sacrifice. This is Agape.
