Whats In A Name?

First, Peter exalts Jesus. Only in Jesus could there have been forgiveness.  Although it is Israel that is indicted, the world (Pilate) is found guilty on the same charges. The appeal to repent and be converted puts the Jew and Gentile on the same grounds. Justification through forgiveness in Jesus name is available to all. 

Just as the lame man could not walk but was made well through faith In Jesus, your broken condemned life can be healed by faith in Jesus. Amazingly, the name that announces our guilt is also the name that announces our salvation:  Jesus!
