THE HEART OF THE ISSUE

Do not think for one moment that the gates of hell will not attack. Satan desires the church to be an embarrassment to her founder and Lord. Know this, without doubt, as soon as people begin to repent and seek after the righteousness of Christ, the enemy arises and sews seeds of complaint and murmurings in the ranks, sometimes even over real issues! So you say ‘so-and-so’s’ got issues; well, that’s the heart of the issue. Thanks Einstein! Guess what! We all got issues! Move on; God only uses folks with issues! He only uses imperfect people and He wants to use YOU!

When we are knit together in brotherly affection, the Lord commands blessing. Where brotherly love continues, and saints walk in holy unity, the witness they bear is powerful, and the increase they gather is palpable. C.H.SPURGEON
