Donna and I had a chat with David via Zoom, who lives in Cleveland USA, and he discussed his journey of working through mental health issues. It is something he continues to work on each day.
This is a great insight into one mans story of his journey of mental health and what he has learnt so far and how his life has changed.
It is something David enjoys sharing as he hopes it will help people going through similar situations. He feels his purpose is now to have an impact on people who are going through mental health issues.
