We met Jarrod on our journey of meeting new people now at 1000+. His story about being a professional musician, his desire to learn about the brain and how he has transformed this into a business helping others, was very interesting. As Jarrod says "A breakthrough in your business will first happen as a breakthrough in your thinking".  About Jarrod in his own words:

It's been my experience working with successful business owners that it's easy to slip into a rut of making the same income each year despite working harder and harder. This can be incredibly frustrating when you're doing all you know to do, but at the end of the day it just feels like you're spinning your wheels.

Have you ever met someone who owns several companies, sits on several boards, has a thriving family life, and has time to play golf 20 hours a week?

There is a specific way of thinking that produces that kind of lifestyle, and trying harder won't get you there, as a matter of fact the harder you try the more behind you get. And despite popular wisdom, checking things off your to-do list actually lowers your income.

Anytime I see a small business owner hitting the same obstacles like "not having enough time" or "not having enough money" I KNOW it's not because they aren't trying hard enough. Entrepreneurs are some of the hardest working people I know!

But the thing is, a breakthrough in your situation doesn't come from a change in your effort - more effort just gets more of what you ALREADY have. A breakthrough - a true transformation in your income and free time will first happen as a breakthrough in your THINKING.
