Melita Teo,  Chief Customer and Digital Officer of AIA Singapore shares how the industry was forced to conduct fully virtual client appointments during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. She is responsible for strengthening the Customer, Brand, Health and Wellness propositions, advancing the enterprise-wide Analytics capabilities, and accelerating the delivery of an integrated Digital experience. Melita has also served as the Key Regulatory Liaison Officer to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Central Provident Fund Board (CPFB) and Life Insurance Association in Singapore (LIA).
