For example: if you find yourself suffering with a sore knee and you can’t run but it is ok cycling, there is nothing to stop you cycling, swimming and doing strength and conditioning work until you can run again.
At the moment many of us cannot swim; some of us cannot cycle or run outside but you can re focus on S&C, turbo and if you have a treadmill get on that.
Or what about entering races for 2021 season, after all there is nothing better than spending money on race entries, well except buying kit!
