Under Secretary Quinn, has a long record of service in the US Military, achieving the rank of Brigadier General prior to accepting the position at the VA. His department is charged with making sure the transition from this world to the next Is goes smoothly for both the fallen military member and the family. On this broadcast he discusses the importance of Memorial Day and also some new and exciting services they will begin providing in the next year.
