Several episodes have touched on the human impact our business decisions make on individuals, but today's episode focuses on stories from individuals dealing with complicated realities brought upon us by the COVID-19 pandemic. Every individual has different circumstances surrounding them now at home with their loved ones, and because we all work so closely with each other we take notice of those difficulties and it becomes personal.
