In this Upanishad a few saints get together to discuss who has made this world and how to know the Creator? They came to a consensus that it is only through meditation that we can know the Creator. For meditation it is imperative that we take the help of our body and mind to be able to go deep within ourselves to realise that we are neither the body nor the mind.
