Workout in the AM...No the PM... No between 2:15pm and 2:45pm
Everyone seems to want to know the best time to maximize their workouts. Well, the good news is that we talk about all of this. The bad news, there really isn't one.
Bo and I both agree that any workout is better then no workout, so it really depends on what you can make a habit.
Working out in the AM, does tend to breed more consistency, but at night you can get that testorone boost!
We also dive into numerous topics with fasted cardio and fasted weight lifting.
