Debbie Jaffe believes in leading by example.  In 2019 Endeavor Peru the organization that she leads, made a commitment to grow the number women in its network to about 30% with the goal of giving women a voice. Endeavor Peru is part of Endeavor’s global network of non-for-profits focused on scaling high-impact entrepreneurs. 

Debbie has spent 11 years living and working in Perú.  Previously she was the director of product partnerships for Latin America at Google, where she managed data licensing and content partnerships for the region.  Debbie is also a well regarded angel investor and mentor to many local entrepreneurs. 

In the tech world Juan Pablo is known as one of the partners of Patagon.com, one of the first on-line banks that was bought by Banco Santander for more than US$700 million. Juan Pablo has co-founded Idea.me, Lab Miami, Lab Ventures & Wonder (purchased in 2020 by Atari). He also publishes a widely read column on the TecnoLatino https://latamlist.com/author/jpcappello/ and continues advising entrepreneurs in the region from PAGLaw https://www.pag.law
